What are personalized slide sandals

Personalized slide sandals are a practical accessory that can be customized to suit individual preferences by adding graphic elements, such as a logo, text or images. We offer two main types of slide sandals available for immediate purchase: Velcro slide sandals and pool slide sandals. Additionally, we provide custom-made slide sandals, crafted from scratch according to special orders.

What sizes of slides/socks are available?
  • Slides are available in sizes 36-47 (EU), which corresponds to approximately 4-13 (US) / 3-12 (UK).
  • Socks are available in sizes 36-40 (EU) and 41-45 (EU), which correspond to approximately 5-9 (US) / 4-7 (UK) and 8-11 (US) / 7-10 (UK), respectively.
What materials are our products made from?
  • Velcro slides are made from EVA foam (sole) and polyester (strap),
  • Pool Slides are made from polyurethane,
  • Socks are made from: 80% cotton, 16% polyamide, and 4% elastane.
What colors are the Velcro slides available in?

Currently, we offer Velcro slides in black, red, purple, navy blue, blue, pink, green, and yellow.

What marking methods are available?
  • DTF: Marking of slide sandals or accessories; multicolored or white prints,
  • FLEX: Marking of slide sandals or accessories; single-color prints with additional effects (e.g., reflective),
  • Embroidery: Marking of socks and accessories; multicolored embroidery.
What sizes of slide sandals should you choose to keep the surprise?

When placing an order, you can refer to our size chart for guidance. For gift or surprise orders, we can recommend a size based on years of experience and the most common preferences.

How are the products packaged?
  • The slides are packed in biodegradable eco-friendly bags packaging by Kubota.
  • The socks are packed with cardboard tags.
Can I order personalized gadgets outside of the standard offer?

Yes! We fulfill special orders based on our products, but with custom requirements. In this option we offer:

  • Unlimited personalization possibilities,
  • Unlimited color options,
  • A variety of slide sandal and accessory models to choose from,
  • The option to create custom packaging.

PROJECTS

Are visualizations an additional cost?

Based on the materials you provide, we can create 3 free visualizations. Additional visualizations are made based on individual arrangements.

What file formats are accepted when submitting a design?

We accept graphic files in SVG, PDF, or PNG formats. For high-quality printing, the design should have appropriate quality and resolution. We recommend that the graphic has at least 300 DPI.

What is the maximum size for the print on the slide sandals?

The printable area depends on the size of the slide sandals:

  • Sizes 36-40 – print size: 7 cm wide, 4 cm high,
  • Sizes 41-43 – print size: 7.5 cm wide, 4.25 cm high,
  • Sizes 44-47 – print size: 8 cm wide, 4.5 cm high.
Can I see a sample of the slide sandals before placing my order?

Yes, it is possible to create a free prototype of the slides with your print before starting the final production. This way, you can assess how the finished product will look before placing the actual order.

How can I order slide sandals with my custom print?

What is the minimum order quantity?
  • For models available in stock, the minimum order quantity is 50 pairs. You can choose a mix of any models, sizes, and colors within one order,
  • For custom-made models, the minimum order quantity ranges from 600 to 1600 pairs, depending on the model and selected sizes.
What is the order processing time?

In special cases, we can complete the order within 24 hours. Under normal circumstances, the order is processed within a maximum of two weeks. We always strive to adjust the delivery date to meet our customers’ expectations.

Does the production of custom-made models take longer?

Yes. The production time for custom-made models is approximately 5 months.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes, we offer discounts for larger orders. The terms are determined individually with our sales department.

Is it possible to return or exchange slide sandals with a custom print?

Returns or exchanges of slides with a custom print are not possible.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

How are the packages shipped?

Orders of up to 300-350 pairs are shipped in cartons via DHL within the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, we use UPS. Each carton typically holds about 20-25 pairs of slide sandals. For larger orders, we recommend pallet shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is calculated individually, depending on the destination country of the package.

How long does delivery take?
  • Delivery time depends on the destination country. The estimated delivery time is between 5 to 14 business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
  • The only available payment method is a bank transfer. For first-time transactions, full prepayment is required. For subsequent transactions, individual payment terms can be arranged,
  • The VAT rate depends on the shipping destination of the goods.
Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you will receive the invoice by email on the day the goods are shipped.

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?

Yes, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Can I pay in a currency other than PLN (Polish Zloty)?

Yes, you can pay in euro.

How can I track my international order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the courier’s website (DHL or UPS, depending on your destination).

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM (CET). Please note that response times may vary depending on your time zone.

Do you offer customer support in languages other than Polish?

Yes, we offer customer support in English. For other languages, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Why is delivery time for international orders longer?

International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance, the distance to your location, and the courier’s shipping process. Typically, delivery can take between 5-14 business days, but it may take longer depending on the country.

REBRANDING

Why did we change the logo?

Our previous logo had a strong, sharp edge, associated with a dominant and sporty energy. In addition, it evoked associations with the logos of other brands. We decided to create a logo whose symbolism would match Kubota’s personality and emphasise our values: freedom, joy, inclusiveness and authenticity.

The main strength of the new logo is its simple form, which makes the mark easily scalable, timeless and looks good in combination with any type of product. The logo allows for separate use of both the name and the brand sigil. The juxtaposition of soft (cloud) and sharp (slash) forms gave the logo a unisex feel. The modern typeface used allowed the logo to adapt to visual trends, thanks to its ability to change smoothly in thickness, height or width.

What does the new logo stand for?

The brand’s new sigil consists of two elements: a pattern-breaker, or slash, and a cloud, called the comfort cloud. The cloud in the sigil symbolises freedom, comfort and fun. The slash is, on the one hand, a nod to the brand’s existing logo and, on the other, a symbol of breaking conventions in fashion and thinking.

The logo also has an additional, hidden meaning. The slash combined with the cloud, which slightly alludes to the shape of a heart, can be read as a message: I love Kubota.

Are products with the old logo still available?

From March 2025, we start selling footwear, clothing and accessories with the new logo. We are not withdrawing products with the previous logo from circulation. Until stocks are exhausted, both logos will continue to function on sale.

The exception to this is our classics – we still produce the Velcro slides with the unchanged mark, as a nod to the brand’s history and sentiment to the 1990s.

From when does the new logo apply?

The new logo has been in force since March 2025. From then on, we only produce footwear, clothing and accessories with the new logo.

What changes have taken place in brand communication?

Our logo has changed. We use the new mark in our marketing communications, but from March 2025 it is also visible on Kubota’s footwear, clothing and accessories. The logo allows for separate use of both the name and the sigil.

Claim – which is the brand’s main slogan – invented by Kubota fans, has only been shortened to the form: Kubota is a lifestyle. In turn, the logo and the symbolism contained in the sigil and the typeface became the starting point for the new visual brand identity. It is present on our websites, social media and other outreach channels.

Have Kubota’s values changed?

Our values have been with us from the beginning and we have no intention of changing them. We constantly focus on freedom, joy, inclusivity and authenticity. We are guided by our brand values both in action and in communication.

Has the company structure changed?

No. When you slip our comfortable slides on your feet, you are still dealing with the same Polish, Lodz-based brand. We are focusing on the company’s development, but we are not planning any revolutionary structural changes.
